Whether you are coming to Kansas City for a short-term stay or to relocate, Accommodations by Apple wants to ensure you have everything you need.

Beyond our standard amenities, we offer additional services from standard utilities, phone service, and premium cable to housekeeping, high-speed Internet access, and a king-size bed. We are here to make your new apartment a home.

Utilities
The monthly lease fee includes the following utilities:
• Water
• Gas
• Sewage
• Garbage Collection
• Premium Cable + HBO
• Electricity

Private Line Telephone Service
Each of our distinctive corporate addresses includes a private phone line equipped with Call Notes Voicemail system. (Some apartments have answering machines at select locations).

If long distance or directory assistance fees are incurred, we will forward a copy of the bill, along with an invoice, to the occupying resident.

Additional Services

Housekeeping
Housekeeping is provided upon request. We require 48-hour notice to set up the service.

The following duties are preformed during each visit:
• All provided linens will be laundered. beds will be made with fresh linens.
• Furniture will be dusted.
• Carpets will be vacuumed, provided it is clear of clutter and personal items.
• Floors will be swept and mopped.
• Bath fixtures and porcelain will be cleaned.
• Wastebaskets will be emptied.
• Dishes that are in the kitchen sink will be placed in the dishwasher and the dishwasher started.

Pricing is as follows:
1 bedroom: $60 per visit
2 bedroom: $70 per visit
3 bedroom: $80 per visit
